I am a senior pastor of a Southern Baptist Church  with 33 years of experience who has a desire to help others in the ministry. Therefore, the purpose of this website is to provide RESOURCES that will help you in the three major areas of your work: (1) preaching and teaching, (2) leading or administration and (3) as a pastor.  There are a lot of connections on this website that will provide you with resources to help you in your calling.  

In additon to resources, I want to provide INSPIRATION and ENCOURAGMENT as you fulfill your calling. My BLOG and other writings are designed to provide inspiration and encouragment to those involved in a role of being a servant leader. There are other things as well.
